To ensure the secure and functional operation of the website and to protect forms against misuse, we process server logs, including IP addresses, on the basis of our legitimate interest in these purposes. We retain logs for no longer than 18 months after the relevant request has been handled. We use Google Analytics without analytics cookies to measure website traffic. We process technical data about visits on the basis of our legitimate interest in measuring traffic and evaluating website operation.
We process personal data obtained during communication, business dealings, through forms and emails, when online services are used, or during participation in third-party promotional activities in order to handle requests and provide the requested services or performance. Depending on the purpose, the legal basis is performance of a contract, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in handling other requests and protecting our rights. We process accounting and tax data to comply with legal obligations.
For publishing and retaining content and managing social media profiles, we process necessary personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest in informing the public, communicating and presenting our activities.
If you subscribe to the advertising newsletter, we process your email address on the basis of your consent in order to send it to you. The newsletter contains commercial communications from selected companies and brands. The particular companies and brands change over time. We do not disclose your personal data to them for their own marketing. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link or the contact option below.
The controller, persons authorised by it, and providers of technical, communication, analytics, payment, delivery and administrative services have access to the data to the extent necessary. Processors are bound by contractual terms governing the processing of personal data.
For data analysis and the automation of activities related to the purposes stated above, we may disclose personal data to providers of artificial intelligence (AI) tools acting as processors, to the extent necessary. We use only services whose terms and settings exclude the use of the personal data provided to train AI models.
The use of external services may involve transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are based on a relevant European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, supplemented where necessary by further safeguards. Providing data is voluntary unless it is required by law or contract. Without the necessary data, however, we cannot handle your request, send the newsletter or provide the requested services or performance.
We retain other data until the request has been handled or the service has ended and related rights and obligations have been settled. We retain content for as long as it has informational or documentary value. We retain data processed on the basis of consent until consent is withdrawn or the purpose of processing ends earlier. After that, we retain only data necessary to demonstrate consent, respect an unsubscribe request, protect legal claims or comply with legal obligations, for as long as the relevant reason applies and in accordance with statutory periods.
Subject to statutory conditions, you have the right to access your personal data, have it rectified or erased, restrict its processing and receive it in a portable format. You may also object to processing, withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. You may object to direct marketing at any time.
